Down Right Satellite is owned and operated by technicians that only bring their best.

     Having been in the field, we know how delicate the process can be from ordering your equipment to installation.  While working for other companies we have, on many occasions, been the technician having to explain how the equipment they ordered isn't right for their situation, or why no one told them about all the things involved with the installation.  In most cases, you can't blame those companies.  You can't expect a customer service representative in Pennsylvania, who has never been in the field, to foresee the things a technician would.  After all, technicians are the best place to start when considering your satellite needs.  When you need plumbing done, you talk to a plumber, electrical an electrician, satellite... a satellite technician.  We're hoping to provide a better way for you to experience satellite service and installation.

     That's where Down Right Satellite came to life.  A couple of techs that wanted to make a change and do what it took to ensure their jobs were done right and make people happy with their satellite service.  To some it's just a job, to us it's something more.

     We offer free site survey's & estimates to customers in or near the Cedar Rapids area.
